Beef Bourguignon
Ingredients :
- 1 kg of beef to be braised, cut into cubes
- 150 grams of lardons
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 500 ml of red wine
- 200 ml of beef broth
- 2 carrots, in rounds
- 1 bouquet garni
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper.
Instructions :
1. In a pot, put the lard back until golden brown. Take them out and book them
2. In the same pot, golden the beef cubes. Take them out and book them
3. Add the onion and garlic, simmer until translucent.
4. Put the beef and brisket back in the slow cooker. Add red wine and broth
5. Insert carrots and garnished bouquet. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Let it simmer on low heat for 2 hours.
7. Add the mushrooms and continue cooking another 30 minutes.
8. Serve warm, with fries or fresh bread.
