Ingredients:
• 1 kg potatoes
• 2 puff pastry sheets
• 200 ml cream
• 1 egg yolk
• Salt, pepper, herbs
Instructions:
1️⃣ Slice potatoes thinly.
2️⃣ Layer potatoes and cream in pastry-lined pan.
3️⃣ Cover with second pastry, brush with egg yolk.
4️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 45–50 min until golden.
