So today I tried cooking Silverside the way my Dad told me how he does his.....
Wrap the Silverside in Alfoil, no liquid and cook on low for 8 hours....
O.M.G....it was absolutely Delish, Hubby had trouble cutting it as it was literally falling apart, it was so tender & moist....
I served it with Mashed potato and Cabbage & Bacon stir fry....will definitely be doing this again....

Fry up Onion, Bacon and Cabbage, I add Chilli flakes and Paprika.....Sooooooo good
