Ingredients:
- 🥩 1 lb (450g) beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 🌿 2 tbsp fresh green peppercorns (can use preserved if fresh is not available)
- 🧅 1 large onion, sliced
- 🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🌶️ Optional: Fresh red chili peppers, sliced (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Preparation:
- 🥩 Slice the beef steak into strips about 1/2 inch thick.
- 🌿 Crush some of the green peppercorns slightly to release their flavor.
2. Marinate the Beef:
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix the beef strips with olive oil, minced garlic, crushed green peppercorns, salt, and pepper.
