Coconut Pudding ๐ฎ๐ฅฅโจ
Ingredients:
200 ml of coconut milk ๐ฅฅ
395 g of condensed milk ๐ฅ
400 ml of liquid milk ๐ฅ
100 g of grated coconut ๐ฅฅ
200 g of milk cream ๐ถ
12 g of flavorless gelatin ๐
120 ml of water ๐ง
Extra grated coconut to decorate ๐ฅฅ
Directions:
1. Start by dissolving the gelatin in warm water and set it aside.
2. In a blender, combine coconut milk, condensed milk, liquid milk, grated coconut, milk cream, and the dissolved gelatin until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
3. Pour this delightful mixture into a slightly oiled mold and place it in the refrigerator until it firms up (at least 4 hours).
4. Once itโs set, carefully unmold it and sprinkle more grated coconut on top for that extra touch.
