My version of Korean Style Cucumber Salad
All you need:
2 medium cucumbers sliced
1 tsp salt
Sauce:
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp Korean pepper flakes
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl, set aside.
Wash and slice the cucumbers. Sprinkle salt and let it soak for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, wash the cucumber for about 30 seconds and place in a large bowl. Pour the sauce on top of your cucumber. Mix well until combined. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
