OBSESSED with Shrimp Fritters!
Ingredients:
1/2 lb raw shrimp, chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup flour (or almond flour)
2 tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper
1 green onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt, pepper, chili flakes (optional)
Oil for frying
Directions:
In a bowl, mix shrimp, egg, flour, veggies, and seasonings.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
Cook 2–3 mins per side until golden and cooked through.
Serve hot with spicy mayo or lemon aioli.
