WOULD YOU EAT THIS BEEF BITES AND CHIPS 🥩🍟

Ingredients:
For the Beef Bites:
1 lb beef sirloin or steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Chips:
4 medium russet potatoes, cut into thick or thin slices (your preference)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
For the Beef Bites:
Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, toss the beef bites with olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Cook the Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef bites and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until browned on all sides and cooked to your desired doneness.

Garnish: Remove the beef bites from the skillet and garnish with fresh parsley.

For the Chips:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Chips: Toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread the potatoes evenly on the baking sheet.

Bake the Chips: Bake the chips for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.

Garnish: Once out of the oven, garnish the chips with fresh parsley.

Serve:
Serve the crispy beef bites with the freshly baked chips. Add ketchup, aioli, or your favorite dipping sauce for extra flavor!
