Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite shape)
1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)
Burger toppings of your choice (e.g., bacon bits, chopped pickles, ketchup, mustard)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
2. Brown the beef: While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
3. Sauté the vegetables: Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Make the Alfredo sauce: Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
5. Combine pasta and sauce: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the beef and sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly.
6. Serve: Serve the Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta immediately. Garnish with chopped green onions and your favorite burger toppings, such as bacon bits, chopped pickles, ketchup, or mustard, if desired.
