Ingredients:
4 large potatoes (about 700g)
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into uniform sized sticks, about 1cm thick.
Place the potato sticks in a large bowl and add the olive oil. Toss well to coat the potatoes with the oil.
If desired, sprinkle the potatoes with paprika for an extra burst of flavour. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
Arrange the potato sticks in the air fryer basket, making sure they are spaced apart for even cooking.
Air fry the fries for about 15 to 20 minutes, shaking or flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Once the fries are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and place them on paper towels to drain off excess oil.
