- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. Gradually add water to the flour mixture until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
4. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
5. Divide the dough into balls and flatten each ball into a naan shape.
6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
