Strawberry Double Fromage Cheesecake 🍓🍰
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
For the Baked Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the No-Bake Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
For the Strawberry Topping:
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp strawberry jam
Instructions:
Prep Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill while preparing the filling.
Bake Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the crust. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 25 minutes. Cool completely.
No-Bake Layer: Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream. Spread over the cooled baked cheesecake layer. Chill for at least 2 hours.
Top with Strawberries: Mix sliced strawberries with jam and arrange on top of the cheesecake.
Notes:
For extra flavor, drizzle strawberry sauce over each slice when serving.
