Crab Crescent Bites Delight
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
1/2 cup cooked crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 green onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, mayo, green onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
Place a generous spoonful of the crab mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up the dough, starting at the wide end, and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve warm!
