Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients:

4 lobster tails
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Prepare the Lobster:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise and gently lift the lobster meat out, leaving it attached at the base.

2. Sear the Lobster:
In a large oven-safe skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the lobster tails, meat-side up, and sear for 2–3 minutes. Remove the lobster from the skillet and set aside.

3. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens.

4. Combine and Bake:
Nestle the lobster tails back into the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the lobster meat. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and tender.

5. Serve and Enjoy:
Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon before serving.
