Directions:
1. Start by preheating your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans to prevent sticking.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder until well mixed.
