🥘 One-Pan Creamy Meat & Potato Skillet 🧀
🛒 Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions
👩🍳 Directions:
Cook the Potatoes:
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil or butter. Add diced potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden and fork-tender (about 10–12 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
Brown the Beef:
In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Add onions and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant.
Add Creaminess:
Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the Cheese:
Sprinkle in cheddar cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve Hot:
Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions, and serve straight from the skillet!
