Ingredients:
• 1 veal cutlet (about 200g, bone-in or boneless)
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup (60g) breadcrumbs
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil or clarified butter for frying
• Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:

🥚 Beat the egg in a shallow bowl. Dip the cutlet in the egg.
🍞 Coat the cutlet thoroughly with breadcrumbs, pressing gently.
