Sticky Honey Garlic Steak and Rotini 🍯🥩

Ingredients:
- 1 pound skirt steak (or flank steak), thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free option)
- 1 pound rotini pasta
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Start by marinating the steak. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Add the sliced steak into the marinade, making sure each piece is well-coated. Let it sit for 15-30 minutes to absorb all those delicious flavors.
3. While the steak marinades, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Once al dente, drain the pasta and set aside.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated steak strips in a single layer, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
5. Remove the steak from the skillet and add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil if necessary. Toss in the cooked rotini pasta and mix well, allowing the noodles to absorb any remaining sauce from the skillet.
6. Add the steak back to the pasta and gently combine, ensuring everything is coated in the sticky honey garlic goodness.
7. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions for an added burst of flavor and a fresh touch.
