Loree lost over 17 Pounds with the Clean Eating Challenge!

"I’m Loree, I’m 47 years old and the mother of two teenage boys, 17 and 15. I have an amazingly supportive husband who joined me in the Challenge.

I participated in the June and July challenge. During that time I lost 17.5 pounds. My starting weight was 153 pounds and at the end of the 2-month challenge I weighed in at 135.5 pounds.

My goal was 135…Woo-hoo! I actually hit my goal on the day after the official weigh-in and am still losing weight after the 2nd month. It is very exciting to see the changes in my body during that time. I am fitting into clothes that haven’t fit in years. I’m glad I didn’t get rid of them.😉

My husband lost over 20 pounds during the 2 month challenge. We look like different people now…lol!

It feels incredible to be in control of my food rather than my food being in control of me. I learned what the right foods and amounts are to put into my body throughout the day.
