Egg, and Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

4 slices bacon
2 large eggs
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 English muffins, split and toasted
Butter, for spreading
Directions:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
In the same skillet, crack the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, or to your desired doneness.
While the eggs are cooking, place a slice of cheese on each English muffin half and toast until the cheese is melted.
Once the eggs are cooked, place them on top of the cheese slices on the English muffins.
Top each egg with 2 slices of crispy bacon.
Spread butter on the remaining halves of the English muffins and place them on top of the bacon to form sandwiches.
Serve immediately and enjoy this hearty bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich!
