For the meatballs:
250g ground beef or lamb π
1 garlic clove, minced π§
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped πΏ
1 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper
Olive oil for cooking π«
For the bowl:
1 cup hummus π§
Β½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved π
Β½ cucumber, sliced π₯
1 tbsp olive oil π«
Paprika, parsley, salt & pepper to garnish

In a bowl, mix ground meat with garlic, parsley, cumin, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs and cook in a skillet with a bit of olive oil until browned and cooked through (about 10β12 minutes). To assemble the bowl, spread the hummus into one side of a shallow bowl. Arrange the cooked meatballs, tomatoes, and cucumber slices around it. Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika and extra parsley. Serve warm or at room temperature.
