🍝 Rolled Spaghetti with Mussels & Herb Oil 🐚🌿
Ingredients:
Spaghetti: 200g 🍝
Mussels: 6 (cleaned) 🐚
Garlic: 2 cloves (minced) 🧄
Olive oil: 3 tbsp 🫒
Parsley: 2 tbsp (chopped) 🌿
White wine: 50ml 🍷
Salt & pepper: To taste
Preparation:
1️⃣ Cook spaghetti until al dente and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté garlic in olive oil, add mussels, and deglaze with white wine. Cover and cook until mussels open.
3️⃣ Roll the spaghetti into a neat shape and plate with mussels.
4️⃣ Drizzle with herb oil and garnish with parsley.
