Garlic Butter Lobster Tails 🍽️🦞
Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the lobster tails: Using kitchen shears or a sharp knife, carefully cut down the top of each lobster shell lengthwise. Pull the meat out gently and place it on top of the shell, allowing it to "piggyback" above the shell.
3. Make the garlic butter sauce: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix until uniform.
4. Infuse the lobster: Place the lobster tails on the prepared baking sheet. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat, ensuring it is well-coated.
5. Bake: Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. The lobster meat should appear opaque and firm, and the internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
6. Serve: Once done, remove the lobster tails from the oven and drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the meat. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately alongside lemon wedges for an extra zing!
