📝 Ingredients:
• Shortcrust pastry: 1 sheet
• Ripe pears (sliced): 3
• Eggs: 2
• Heavy cream: 100 ml
• Sugar: 50 g
• Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
👩🍳 Instructions:
