🥩 Steak Bites with Blue Cheese Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
For the Blue Cheese Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Steak Bites:
Pat steak pieces dry with a paper towel.
Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.
Add 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in blue cheese until melted and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3️⃣ Combine and Serve:
Return steak bites to the pan and stir to coat with the sauce.
Heat for 1–2 minutes until warmed through.
