🐟 Garlic Butter Salmon with Spinach & Mushrooms in Creamy Sauce
Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
4 salmon fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Salmon:
Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 3–4 minutes.
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese.
Let simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3️⃣ Combine:
Return salmon fillets to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
Simmer for 1–2 more minutes until heated through.
