Fried Ravioli

Ingredients:

1 package (25 ounces) frozen cheese ravioli, thawed
2 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
Vegetable oil, for frying
Marinara sauce, for dipping
Directions:

In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
In another shallow dish, whisk together the beaten eggs and milk.
Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Fry the breaded ravioli in batches for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fried ravioli from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve the fried ravioli hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
