For the Biscuit Base:
πͺ Digestive Biscuits β 250g, crushed
π§ Unsalted Butter β 100g, melted

π Condensed Milk β 400g tin
π Fresh Lime Juice β 120ml (about 4-5 limes)
π Lime Zest β 1 tsp
For the Topping:
π₯ Double Cream β 250ml, whipped
π Icing Sugar β 1 tbsp
π Lime Zest & Slices β For garnish

1οΈβ£ Preheat & Prepare the Tin:
Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (fan 160Β°C) / Gas Mark 4.
Grease and line a 20cm (8-inch) pie tin.

Press firmly into the base and sides of the tin.

Pour the mixture over the cooled biscuit base.
