Homemade Gatorade
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1/2 cup 100% orange juice (fresh or store-bought)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1–2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Optional: 1/8 teaspoon magnesium powder (for extra electrolytes)
Directions:
In a large mason jar or pitcher, combine all ingredients.
Stir or shake well until the honey (or syrup) and salt are completely dissolved.
Chill in the refrigerator or serve over ice.
Shake before each use to redistribute ingredients.
