Tried these Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Shells and they were a hit. Super easy, super tasty definitely making this again soon.

Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 oz shell pasta
1 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shell pasta and cook according to the package directions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside while you prepare the sauce and steak.
Meanwhile, season your sirloin steak bites generously with salt and pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot and the butter is bubbling, add the steak pieces in a single layer. Let them sear for about 3–4 minutes, stirring just once or twice to get a good crust. When the steak is browned and cooked to your liking, transfer it to a plate and keep it warm.
In the same skillet, drop in the remaining tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and fresh thyme. Stir constantly for about a minute until the garlic becomes fragrant and lightly golden. Add the steak bites back into the skillet and toss them around in that garlicky butter for another 2 minutes to soak up all that flavor. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
Now for the creamy Parmesan shells: In a medium saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Pour in the heavy cream, then whisk in the garlic powder, a pinch of salt, and some black pepper. Let it gently heat through for a couple of minutes before stirring in the Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is silky and smooth.
Add the cooked shell pasta into the sauce, stirring to coat every piece in that luscious Parmesan cream.
To serve, scoop the creamy shells onto a plate and top with the juicy garlic butter steak bites. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and maybe a little extra Parmesan if you’re feeling fancy.
