Lunchroom Ladies Brownies 🍫🤎
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Melt the butter and mix with cocoa powder in a large bowl.
Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
Gently fold in flour and mix until just combined. Add nuts if using.
Pour batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness at 20 minutes. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
Let brownies cool before frosting.
For the Frosting:
1/4 cup softened butter
1/4 cup canned milk (or regular milk)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar
Dash of salt
Mix all frosting ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Spread over cooled brownies and let set before slicing.
