1 lb chicken breast, sliced thinly
4 cups coconut milk
2 cups chicken broth
3 stalks lemongrass, cut into 4-inch pieces and smashed
3-4 kaffir lime leaves, torn
3-4 slices galangal (or ginger if unavailable)
2-3 Thai bird's eye chilies, smashed
