Ingredients:
500g pork shoulder, minced
200g chicken liver
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Cognac
500g puff pastry
Instructions:
Mix pork, liver, onion, garlic, and Cognac, then season well.
Roll out puff pastry and line a loaf pan.
Fill with meat mixture, cover with more pastry, and seal edges.
Bake at 180掳C for 50 minutes.
