Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Cream Cheese Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
Β½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Β½ cups whipped topping
Chocolate Layer:
2 boxes (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
Topping:
2 cups whipped topping
1 cup mini marshmallows
ΒΌ cup chocolate syrup or melted chocolate
Instructions
Make the crust
Combine cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch dish. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
Whip the cream cheese layer
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
Prepare the pudding layer
In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mixes with cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
Add the final topping
Spread whipped topping over the pudding. Sprinkle marshmallows on top and drizzle generously with chocolate syrup or melted chocolate.
Chill and serve
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow layers to set. Slice and enjoy chilled.
