πͺπ§π₯ Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Deep-Fried Oreos
Oreo cookies dipped in cheesecake batter, fried until golden, and served with powdered sugar and chocolate drizzle. A total flavor bomb.
π Ingredients
For the Cheesecake Dipping Batter:
β’ 1 (8 oz / 225g) block cream cheese, softened
β’ ΒΌ cup (50g) granulated sugar
β’ 1 large egg
β’ ΒΌ cup (60ml) milk
β’ Β½ tsp vanilla extract

cup (40g) all-purpose flour
β’ 5 crushed Oreos (optional, for extra Oreo flavor in the batter)
For Frying:
β’ 15β20 Oreo cookies (regular or Double Stuf)
β’ ΒΎ cup (95g) all-purpose flour
β’ 1 tsp baking powder
β’ 1 tbsp sugar
β’ ΒΌ tsp salt
β’ 1 egg

cup (160ml) milk
β’ Β½ tsp vanilla extract
β’ Vegetable oil (for frying)
For Serving:
β’ Powdered sugar
β’ Chocolate or white chocolate drizzle
β’ Optional: whipped cream, crushed Oreos, or ice cream on the side
π©βπ³ Instructions
Step 1: Make the Cheesecake Dip
1 In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
2 Add the egg, milk, and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
3 Fold in flour and crushed Oreos (if using).
4 Chill for 15β20 minutes while you prepare your frying batter.
Step 2: Make the Frying Batter
1 In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
2 Add egg, milk, and vanilla; whisk until smooth and slightly thick.
3 Heat oil in a deep pan to 350Β°F (175Β°C) β about 2 inches deep.
Step 3: Assemble & Fry
1 Take one Oreo at a time and dip it first in the cheesecake mixture, coating well.
2 Then dip it into the frying batter. Make sure itβs fully covered.
3 Carefully drop into the hot oil and fry for 1β2 minutes per side, until golden brown and puffed.
4 Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Step 4: Garnish & Serve
β’ Dust with powdered sugar.
β’ Drizzle with chocolate or white chocolate.
β’ Serve warm with whipped cream, extra Oreo crumbs, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the ultimate effect.
