๐ฎ๐ซ๐ท Blanc-Manger
A silky smooth almond milk dessert, delicately sweet and topped with nuts or fruits. Light and refreshing, itโs a classic French treat ๐ธโจ.
Ingredients:
โข 500 ml milk
โข 100 g sugar
โข 50 g ground almonds
โข 3 sheets gelatin (or 6 g powdered)
โข 1 tsp almond extract
Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Soak gelatin in cold water.
2๏ธโฃ Heat milk, sugar, and almonds until simmering.
3๏ธโฃ Add almond extract and dissolved gelatin.
4๏ธโฃ Pour into molds and refrigerate for 4โ6 hours.
5๏ธโฃ Unmold, garnish with fruits or nuts, and serve chilled. ๐
