Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups (about 15) crushed ice
1 cup (240ml) cold whole milk (or oat milk for a creamier texture)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
6-8 Oreo cookies, plus 2 extra for garnish
Freshly whipped cream, for topping
Instructions:
Prep the Cookies: Separate 6-8 Oreo cookies and scrape off most of the cream filling (reserve it for another use or add it in for extra sweetness). Roughly chop the cookie wafers. Set aside 2 whole Oreos for garnish.
Blend to Perfection: In a high-powered blender, combine the crushed ice, cold milk, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and the chopped Oreo wafers.
Achieve the Ideal Texture: Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed, until the mixture is completely smooth, thick, and has the consistency of a dense milkshake with visible cookie crumbs.
Serve Immediately: Pour the frappuccino into chilled glasses.
Garnish Generously: Top each glass with a generous swirl of freshly whipped cream. Crumble the 2 reserved Oreo cookies over the whipped cream for a dramatic, textural finish.
