🥔 Tourte aux Pommes de Terre (Potato Pie) 🥧
A rustic French pie with layers of creamy potatoes baked in a flaky crust.
Ingredients:
• 500 g potatoes
• 1 pie crust
• 150 ml cream
• 1 egg
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ Peel, slice, and boil potatoes until just tender.
3️⃣ Arrange potato slices in the pie crust.
4️⃣ Mix cream, egg, salt, and pepper, then pour over the potatoes.
5️⃣ Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden.
6️⃣ Serve warm.
