🛒 Ingredients
For the chicken:
2 large chicken breasts, butterflied and halved 🍗
2 tbsp olive oil 🛢️
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning 🌶️
Salt & pepper 🧂
For the pasta & sauce:
300 g fettuccine or tagliatelle 🍝
2 tbsp butter 🧈
3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 red bell pepper, diced 🌶️
250 ml heavy cream 🥛
80 g grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
1 tsp Cajun seasoning 🌶️
Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿

Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside. Season chicken with Cajun spice, salt, and pepper, then sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove, rest, and slice. In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic and red pepper, then pour in cream. Stir in Parmesan and Cajun seasoning until smooth and creamy. Toss pasta with the sauce, plate, and top with sliced chicken. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
💡 Notes & Variations
Add mushrooms, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
Use shrimp instead of chicken for a Cajun shrimp Alfredo twist.
Adjust Cajun spice for more or less heat.
