½ cup (120 ml) cold heavy whipping cream

Instructions:

Cream the Base: In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until the mixture is completely smooth and free of lumps, about 2 minutes.

Incorporate Flavors: Reduce the mixer speed to low and gradually add the sifted confectioners' sugar. Once incorporated, add the vanilla and peppermint extracts. If using, add the green food coloring. Beat on medium-high speed for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy.
