Sometimes we just need a good crunchy salty snack! I’ve been enjoying these potato chips occasionally because the ingredients are simple (as they should be) potatoes, avocado oil, and sea salt.

My “trick” with snacks like chips is to combine them with some protein. This helps me to quickly become satisfied and not as likely overindulge. We all know how easy it is to eat A LOT of chips in one sitting.

I make a quick “dip” stirring together cottage cheese & salsa. This gives me over 20 grams of protein and it’s TASTY.

Pictures are below in comments because let’s be honest…cottage cheese mixed with salsa isn’t exactly pretty…but it *is* good!

You could also dip your chips in tuna salad, egg salad, or chicken salad…maybe buffalo chicken…what other ideas?
