1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1/2 tsp chili flakes 🌶
1/2 tsp cumin 🌿
1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
For the Salad Bowl:
4 cups romaine or mixed lettuce 🥬
1/2 cup corn kernels 🌽
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
1/2 cucumber, sliced 🥒
1/4 cup guacamole 🥑
Optional: chili flakes for garnish 🌶

Marinate chicken in olive oil, chili flakes, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or sear in a pan for about 5 minutes per side until fully cooked and nicely charred. Let rest, then slice. In a large bowl, arrange lettuce as the base. Add grilled chicken, corn, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and a generous scoop of guacamole. Sprinkle with extra chili flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
