Easter Dirt Cake Casserole
Ingredients:
1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups cold milk
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 cup Easter candy (chocolate eggs, pastel M&Ms, or mini Oreos)
Directions:
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture, then gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
In a 9x13-inch dish, layer half of the crushed Oreos on the bottom. Spread the creamy pudding mixture over the top, then add the remaining Oreo crumbs.
Decorate with Easter candies and additional mini Oreos.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving for best texture.
