1 lb chicken tenders
8 slices bacon (cut in half)
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top (this helps the bacon crisp up!).
2️⃣ Wrap It Up:
Wrap each chicken tender with a half slice of bacon, tucking the ends under or securing with a toothpick.
3️⃣ Sugar & Spice:
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne (if using).
4️⃣ Coat & Bake:
Roll each bacon-wrapped tender in the brown sugar mixture, coating evenly. Place on the prepared rack.
