Pepperoni Pizza Layer Cake
Ingredients:
For the Pizza Layers:
- 2 pre-made pizza crusts (store-bought or homemade)
- 250ml pizza sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 500g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 250g pepperoni slices
- 250g cooked ground beef (seasoned with salt and pepper)
For the Assembly and Topping:
- 125g grated cheddar cheese
- 25g chopped fresh parsley
- 25g chopped fresh basil
- 15ml olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven: 180°C.
2. Prepare Pizza Layers:
- Roll out pizza crusts to 30cm diameter.
- Spread 125ml pizza sauce on each crust.
- Sprinkle 250g mozzarella cheese on each.
- Top with 125g pepperoni slices and 125g ground beef.
3. Assemble Layer Cake:
- Place one pizza layer in a 30cm springform pan.
- Repeat pizza layers.
- Top with grated cheddar cheese.
4. Bake and Serve:
- Bake 30-40 minutes or golden brown.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Garnish with parsley and basil.
