Sweet Mango Pudding 🥭
Ingredients (6 servings):
- 250g mango or choice of fruit
- 250ml heavy cream
- 250ml milk
- 25g sugar
- 15g gelatin sheets
- Mango cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Blend mango with milk to make a puree.
2. Soak and melt gelatin, then mix into the mango puree.
3. Whip heavy cream and sugar until thick, then mix with the mango mixture.
4. Pipe into dessert cups.
5. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
6. Decorate with fresh fruit and jelly.
