Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and drain any excess fat.
Stir in the grated Parmesan and shredded cheddar cheeses until well combined. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle.
Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
Arrange the sealed balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
