Banana Bread
**Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar (you can reduce to 3/4 cup for less sweetness)
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
**Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add melted butter, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Stir in sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
4. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
5. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
