CARROT CHEESECAKE (Overnight Oats)
So easy, delicious and healthy breakfast or snacks you can make at home!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Steps:
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into a jar with a lid.
Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
