π§ Ingredients
β’ 1 cinnamon stick (or Β½ tsp ground cinnamon)
β’ 1 cup water
β’ 1 tbsp honey (raw or organic)
β’ 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
β’ 1 slice fresh ginger (optional)

1οΈβ£ Boil water in a saucepan, add cinnamon and ginger (optional).
2οΈβ£ Let it simmer for a few minutes.
3οΈβ£ Stir in honey and lemon juice.
